Returning callers and qualification memory

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Qualification memory lets Outcraft recognize a caller that qualified before. This article explains which campaigns have it, how to turn it on, and what Outcraft does when the caller returns. For how Outcraft answers inbound calls and which limits apply, see Inbound Calls.

Turn on qualification memory

Only Qualify Inbound Lead has qualification memory. Provide Support and Inbound Refund Request do not. It is off by default. To turn it on:

  1. Open the campaign and go to General Settings.

  2. Turn on Transfer callers who pass qualification? and enter a number in Transfer to.

  3. Under Qualification memory, turn on Remember how a caller qualified before?.

What happens when a caller returns

When a caller returns, Outcraft looks for an earlier run of the same campaign in the last 14 days. The run must have an answer for every qualification question. Then Outcraft does one of these:

  • If the caller passed every required question, Outcraft transfers the call to the Transfer to number. The agent does not ask the questions again.

  • If the caller failed a required question and the run has no unknown answers, Outcraft refuses the call.

  • In all other cases, the agent asks the questions again.

After 14 days, the agent asks the questions again. A returning caller that starts a new run adds one campaign run to your usage count.

Warning: This 14-day period is not the 14-day attribution window on the Conversions page. The two periods are separate.

A caller that returns too many times can be refused. The limit is in Inbound Calls.
