How Do I Cancel or Pause My Service?

Most requests to pause the service mean a pause of one campaign. That action is self-serve. A change to your subscription is not.

Pause a campaign

  1. Open Campaigns.

  2. Press the three dots on the campaign row.

  3. Select Pause Campaign.

A paused campaign accepts no new leads, but will complete the flow for lead engagements already in progress. Select Resume Campaign on the same menu to start the campaign again.
