Why Are There No Leads in My Campaign?

Last updated: August 13, 2026

A campaign that receives no leads usually has one of five causes. Check them in this order.

The campaign is not published

Open Campaigns and find your campaign in the list. The badge Setup Not Completed means that you never published the campaign. Open the campaign, go to Review & Launch and press Review & Publish.

The trigger is switched off

The trigger is a second, separate switch. The badge Paused means that the campaign is published but the trigger is off. Open the Lead Source step of the campaign and turn on Is Enabled.

Dispatch Limits has been reached

On your integration source, you can limit the number of leads dispatched to a campaign. If the amount has been reached, no new leads will enter the campaign.

Another campaign takes every lead

Campaigns that share a trigger sit in an ordered list. Outcraft starts the first campaign that accepts the lead, and only that campaign. A campaign with no start conditions accepts every lead. Open Start Conditions. Look for a row badged All Leads Go Here above your campaign. Your own row then reads No Leads Reach Here. Drag your campaign above that row, or give that campaign real rules with Edit conditions with AI.

The incoming data had no phone number

Outcraft needs a phone number to create the lead. Outcraft discards an event without one, and no lead appears. Open the Field Mappings page of the trigger. Then check that your lead source fills the mapped phone field.

The start conditions never match

Open the lead in the Leads list and press Events. A row that reads Campaign Skipped with the reason Dispatch conditions not met for campaign confirms this cause. Open Start Conditions and read the rules under the campaign name. Use Edit conditions with AI to relax a rule, or use Remove all conditions.
