Exporting Campaign Data in Outcraft

Currently, Outcraft does not support bulk exporting of campaign data (such as triggers, steps, and other setup details). Campaigns must be reviewed and copied individually.

Viewing Campaign Information

You can view all your campaigns from the Campaigns page. From there, you can open each campaign individually to review its full configuration, including identity, industry, compliance information, triggers, and steps.

API Access

Outcraft provides API documentation at developers.outcraft.ai/docs. Currently, the API supports retrieving leads associated with a specific campaign (e.g., GET /api/v2/lead-campaigns/{leadCampaignId}), but does not include an endpoint for listing all campaigns with their full setup details.

HubSpot Trigger Fields

If you need to find out which HubSpot field and value triggers leads to be added to a campaign, click the "How to connect HubSpot events" link within the HubSpot integration settings. This will show you the specific field changes and values used to trigger the campaign.

Need Bulk Export?

Bulk campaign export is not currently available. If this is a feature you'd like to see, we recommend reaching out to our support team to submit a feature request.
