 Step 1: Create Your Campaign

The first order of business is setting up a home for your Shopify data within the Outcraft dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click the + Create New button in the top right.

  3. Name your campaign: Give it a clear title so you can identify it later (e.g., "Shopify Core Integration").

  4. Select your Company from the dropdown and hit Create.

Step 2: Set the Objective and Select Shopify

Now you need to tell Outcraft that Shopify is the primary source of truth for this campaign.

  1. Choose an Objective: Select the goal that best fits your strategy (such as following up on leads or purchases).

  2. Click Continue.

  3. The Application Screen: You’ll see a list of tools. Click on Shopify to designate it as your data source.

  4. Hit Continue to move into the configuration phase.

Step 3: Generate the Connection Links

This step builds the "digital bridge" between the two platforms.

  1. On the Shopify Configurations page, click the Connect Store button.

  2. Outcraft will generate a unique set of Webhook URLs. Think of these as private delivery routes that send information from your store directly to your AI.

  3. Keep this tab open—you’ll need to copy these URLs into Shopify in the next step.

Step 4: Finalize the Sync in Shopify

To finish the job, you’ll need to pop over to your Shopify Admin to "plug in" the connection.

  1. In Shopify, go to Settings > Notifications > Webhooks.

  2. Click Create webhook and copy/paste the details provided in your Outcraft dashboard.

  3. The Tech Bit: Ensure the Format is set to JSON so the two platforms can speak the same language.

  4. Back in Outcraft, flip the Branch Enabled switch to On.

🚀Success! Your Shopify store is now officially whispering data to Outcraft. Your AI is officially "in the loop."
